A Hidden Gem for Relaxation and Stunning Views!
My stay was absolutely blissful, filled with attentive service and breathtaking lake views from our cozy Superior Double Room. It felt like a dream wandering the lush gardens. Don’t miss the delicious breakfast spread, but be prepared to pay extra for espresso! Bring snacks for late-night cravings.

Target audience best for family
We had a pretty nice experience with the resort facilities, they had a proper children’s play area that kept my kid occupied for hours. The pool area was definitely a hit for the whole family. Also, the shuttle service to the city center was super convenient , making it easier to explore the area without worrying about transportation.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

The Superior Double Room was cozy with large windows offering beautiful views of the lake. I truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and well-maintained gardens, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation. Though the room size is commendable, the mattress felt quite firm, which may not suit everyone’s preference for comfort. The lack of basic amenities like hair conditioner and the absence of a comprehensive tour package description limited the overall experience. Additionally, noise from a wedding party disrupted the peaceful atmosphere, which was otherwise perfect for winding down by the lake.

The views here are stunning, with a beautiful lake and lush gardens that made for a peaceful atmosphere. My family enjoyed the spacious Superior Double Room—it was cozy and clean. The staff provided friendly service, especially the housekeeping team, who were attentive and even returned an item we left behind. Breakfast offered a variety of options, and my child loved the matcha ice cream. However, the breakfast quality could be better. some items didn't taste fresh. Staff at the reception could smile more and interact with guests. On the downside, the soundproofing in the room was poor, making it noisy at times. The internet connection was slow, which was frustrating, considering how much we relied on it. Overall, the gardens and scenic views made this a lovely getaway, but the service and facilities could use some improvements.

Stunning views of the lake and the surrounding greenery created a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast and dinner offerings, particularly the Italian strata, were delicious, showcasing local flavors. However, the service fell short at times. staff struggled with English which made communication difficult. Additionally, amenities like the bar were unavailable during our stay, and the tennis court rental fees were inconsistent.

The Superior Double Room was pretty comfy, but I noticed it had no air conditioning, just a pedestal fan. It got hot at night, especially with the windows closed to keep the mosquitoes out. The overall vibe was nice with natural ventilation and fresh air. There was some noise from other guests at night since the room was open to the outdoors. It looked clean and had decent decor though, which was a plus.
